Wabash Summer Learning Labs offers free, full-day summer programs that combine academic instruction in math and reading with enrichment activities. Programs are available in North Manchester and Wabash.

For a second year, Wabash SLL achieved double-digit learning gains in math and ELA. Families could see the difference in their child after program participation. 97% of families surveyed felt the program met or exceeded their expectations in terms of helping their child with math and reading skills. Wabash SLL was able to offer transportation, a service that families and site leaders felt was a value-add to the program’s effectiveness. Families also shared high levels of satisfaction with instructional staff at Wabash SLL sites. Wabash SLL students achieved a 19 percentage point learning gain in ELA and a 28 percentage point learning gain in math.
